These batteries are assembled in our group company business Unit in Portugal.

Our lithium-ion battery packs, including the proprietary battery management system (BMS) and telemetry, provide customers with a better performing, lower cost of ownership, and more environmentally friendly alternative, in many instances, to traditional lead acid and propane-based solutions. Lithium-ion battery packs reduce CO2 emissions and help improve sustainability and ESG metrics for fleets.

Lead Acid battery technology simply cannot achieve some of today’s material handling demands without spare batteries and battery change-outs, especially in multi-shift 24/7 operations. Compared to conventional Lead Acid forklift batteries, Lithium-Ion battery technology has significant advantages, and we’re here to tell you what they are.

  • Fast charging :Lithium traction batteries can be fully charged in up to 2 hours, even if the battery is fully discharged to begin with.
  • Opportunity charging :Opportunity charging will not damage the battery or shorten it’s lifespan. In fact, it is encouraged to streamline the processes in your business environment.
  • No battery change-outs :Battery change-outs are counterproductive and unsafe. Thanks to Lithium’s opportunity charging and zero-emissions, this is no longer an issue.
  • Longer lifespan :There is a significant difference in the lifespan of a Lithium battery when compared to Lead Acid counterparts.
  • Reduced energy consumption: Lithium-Ion batteries are up to 40% more efficient than Lead Acid.
  • Zero maintenance: Since Lithium batteries are sealed units, there’s no need for topping up with deionised water or cleaning.
  • Significantly reduced total cost of ownership (TCO): The initial payment may be more expensive for a Lithium battery, but when you factor in the significant savings on electricity, water and maintenance as well as their increased lifespan, they can be a far more viable option than Lead Acid.

  • Availability in all standard battery voltages: 24v, 36v, 48v, 72v & 80v options.
  • Energy recuperation: Our Lithium batteries accept any current fed back to them from the truck they’re powering and use it to increase run-time. This doesn’t damage the battery.
  • Increased safety: Each battery system is equipped with deep discharge and overcharge protection as well as individual cell temperature and voltage monitoring. We’ve also included some additional safeguards to prevent them from short-circuiting too.
  • Each battery is supplied as a complete system: All of our batteries come with an integrated monitoring system, a display unit and an opportunity charger.
  • One charger can be used for multiple batteries of different voltages*: It’s as simple as connecting your battery to the charger. The battery will tell the charger what voltage and ampare it requires, and the charger will automatically adjust to the batteries needs. *Chargers can only be used with batteries of an equal voltage or lower i.e. A 48v charger can be used with a 24v, 36v and 48v battery, but not a 72v or 80v. Whereas an 80v charger can be used to charge all voltages of battery.
  • System efficiency of up to 96%: When you pair our Lithium battery systems with our Resonant Frequency battery chargers, you can achieve an output efficiency of 96%! That’s only a 4% loss of energy from power source to truck.
  • Can be retro-fitted in to most applications: Our custom designed trays with similar dimensions, weights and features make the conversion from Lead Acid to Lithium incredibly simple.
